How ThrottleLoop collects, uses, and protects data across our platforms and integrations.
Last updated: July 10, 2026
ThrottleLoop ("ThrottleLoop," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI-native go-to-market partner providing paid media, SEO, GEO/AEO, CRO, GTM execution, and AI transformation services to companies, agencies, and enterprises. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website, engage us as a client, or connect your advertising and analytics accounts to our platform.
We collect information in the following ways:
When you connect a Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, or Meta advertising account to ThrottleLoop, we access campaign performance, conversion, and account configuration data solely to manage, optimize, and report on your advertising and analytics performance. Data obtained through the Google Ads API and GA4 is used and shared in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through the Meta Marketing API is used in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not use this data to build household- or individual-level profiles for purposes unrelated to the services you have engaged us for, and we do not sell this data.
Where enabled on a client's site, Microsoft Clarity may collect anonymized session behavior such as scroll depth, click patterns, and rage or dead clicks to help us diagnose and improve conversion performance. Clarity data is processed in accordance with Microsoft's Clarity terms and is used exclusively for the CRO and analytics services we provide to that client.
ThrottleLoop uses OAuth 2.0 to request read and, where explicitly authorized, write access to your advertising, analytics, and CRM accounts. We request only the scopes necessary to perform the services agreed with you, store access tokens securely, and you may revoke our access at any time directly from the relevant platform's connected-apps settings (for example, Google Account permissions or Meta Business Settings). Revoking access will stop our ability to manage or report on that account going forward.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information or connected-account data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is used solely to deliver the services you or your organization have engaged us for.
We may share information with: (a) the advertising, analytics, and software platforms you have authorized us to connect to, strictly as needed to operate your campaigns and reporting; (b) service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations; and (c) authorities where required by law. We do not share client campaign or account data across unrelated clients.
We retain account and campaign data for as long as our engagement with you is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We aim to honor requests consistent with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent regional laws, regardless of where you are based. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encrypted storage of OAuth tokens and restricted internal access, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality and for analytics (such as GA4). You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
